The TopGolfer Tour returned to Castle Golf Club, one of the most popular venues in each of the last three seasons. Players regularly say that the Castle JSC kicks off their golfing season, and over 140+ competitors – including 50+ Order of Merit competitors assembled this year for the popular Junior Scratch. The course conditions are always super at the club, and this year was no exception – with the putting surfaces particularly being applauded.

Victory went to Stephen Gethings from County Meath GC with 70 Gross. As an Order of Merit contender, Stephen goes direct into the Tour Championship Finals at The Heritage Resort, our end of season event that Stephen is becoming very familiar with!!

Runner-up on the day was Scott Williams (Castle GC) on 71 Gross – a super effort on his home course after winning The Grange JSC last year. Other prize winners were: 3rd Place to Donal Dunlop (Grange GC) 73 Gross; 4th to Brendan Martin (Kilcoole GC) 73 Gross; 5th to Jim Pender (The Castle GC) 74 Gross and Best Nett went to Barry Fitzpatrick (Castle GC) with 68 Nett.
