There were clear winners of both the JSC and SSC at Killeen GC on Sunday with early starters Michael Wilson(6) from Portmarnock GC and Roy Connolly(+1) from Rathsallagh taking the respective titles. Both players were in the first grouping out before 7am and posted scores that were to remain unbeaten for the entire day.

Wilson came home in 73 strokes to win the JSC by 3 strokes ahead of Michael Ryan and Padraig Clince. Connolly romped to a 7 stroke victory with a fantastic round of 67 ahead of Andrew Boyle (3) 74 and Philip Linton (1) 75.
