It was a windy day at this picturesque course in Co Wicklow, which made it tricky for many players. Shane O’Loughlin, a 9 handicap member from the Delgany Golf Club defied all the odds and produced one of his most memorable rounds of golf, shooting a 71 gross (+2) to beat his handicap by seven shots.
