SETANTA IRELAND TO CONTINUE LIVE COVERAGE OF THE MASTERS IN THE REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

TopGolfer Tour Partners Setanta Ireland will once again be showing all four days of the Masters Tournament live in the Republic of Ireland this April. The new deal continues a seven-year partnership between Setanta Ireland and the Masters.

Brian Quinn, Marketing Operations Director of Setanta Sports commented; “We are delighted to be continuing our relationship with Augusta National Golf Club and the Masters. We first started broadcasting the Masters live in 2007. It is a tournament that means so much to golf fans but also has appeal far beyond golf. We look forward, as we do every year, to seeing Augusta National in full bloom from April 9th to 13th. Irish golf fans will once again hope that a player from this island can break through and win a first green jacket for Irish golf.”

Setanta’s coverage starts with the traditional Par 3 Contest on Wednesday April 9th. Live Tournament coverage commences on Thursday April 10th and runs through until close of play on Sunday April 13th.
