The Dark Knight Rises

On a dark and drizzly Irish day at Knightsbrook, James Beahan stormed to victory in the Junior Scratch, which sees the Baltray golfer rise up the Nature Valley Order of Merit leaderboard with an additional 4000pts.

The testing Championship layout always throws down the gauntlet for Junior Scratch competitors, which is now established as a favourite on the TopGolfer Tour.

Playing from Elm Park GC, 2nd place went to Timothy Maher’s after an excellent 74 gross pipped Dave Tynan from Mullingar GC by means of a back 9 countback.

Three players shot 75-gross, with 4th place going to Stephen Finlan which sees him regain the lead in the OOM. It’s turning into a very interested tussle between the top 2, changing positions week in - week out.

5th place went to Raymond Murray from Knightsbrook, also on 75-gross.

CSS 72.

Prizes winners (1st to 5th) need to contact Audrey, Dominic or Paddy in the Golf Shop to arrange the collection/ delivery of their prize.
