TopGolfer Singles Matchplay 2019 - Round 1 Draw
TOPGOLFER SINGLE MATCHPLAY SERIES 2019
To celebrate our 10th year, we are delighted to unveil the TopGolfer Irish Matchplay Series 2019, a brand new matchplay series dedicated to golfers with a handicap of 9 or better.

Rules: The golfer whose name is on the top of the draw (also in bold below) will have the home draw at his golf club. That golfer is responsible for organising the fixture date, hosting the visiting golfer’s green fee at their club, and having a scorecard available to thier opponent clearly showing where shots are awarded. Both players are to play off their GUI handicap as listed below for the full duration of the tournament, even if their handicap on the day has increased or decreased. Play from medal tees and full handicap difference is to be used, with shots awarded as per the club scorecard. The visiting golfer is awarded 1-up on the first tee.

To ensure the smooth running of the event, strict deadlines have been put in place. All matches must be played before this time. In the event of a match not being completed, Round 1 matches will be decided by a coin flip 2-days after the deadline has passed. During this 3-day period, players have an opportunity to appeal their reasons before judgement and coin toss by TopGolfer staff. All other rounds must be played before the deadline.

DEADLINE DATES FOR 2019:
Round 1: 64-qualifiers home or away match draw - deadline Sun 12th May 2019.
Round 2: Last 32 home or away match draw - deadline Sun 23th June 2019.
Round 3: Last 16 home or away match draw - deadline Sun 28th July 2019.
Round 4: Quarter Finals home or away match draw - deadline Sun 1st September 2019.
Round 5: Semi-Finals - Sunday 8th September 2019 @ Moyvalley Golf Resort.
Round 6: Finals - Sunday 8th September 2019 @ Moyvalley Golf Resort.
The tournament is managed and promoted by by TopGolfer Tour Ltd, with all decisions being final and no refunds permitted.
