TopGolfers get in “Condition”


A group of TopGolfers enjoyed a session with our Golf Fitness Coach Garrie O’Neill this evening at his studio in Swords. Garrie who works with some of Ireland’s top professionals and amateurs took the guys through their paces, working on key muscle groups to help flexibility and strength in the golf swing.

Thanks to everyone who attended this free member event. Now get practicing those ‘deep squats’!
