Moyvalley Golf Resort in Co. Kildare and Druids Glen Resort in Co. Wicklow have been announced as the venues for the 2019 PlayOffs and Tour Championship Finals respectively.

MOYVALLEY GOLF COURSE - SUNDAY 8TH SEPTEMBER 2019.

The Championship Course at Moyvalley Hotel & Golf Resort is an inland design based on the principles of Links golf and home of the 106th Irish PGA Championships. Although removed from the sea, it takes on some of the features of a traditional seaside links course, with tall fescue grass, grand putting surfaces with heavy contouring, run offs and firm surfaces. The course presents golfers of all levels an equal opportunity to experience the high and lows, the thrills and fears and the agony and ecstasy of golf. Darren Clarke has achieved this through clever golf course design, a range of tees and the always important elements of risk and reward associated with championship golf.

DRUIDS GLEN GOLF COURSE - SATURDAY 28TH & SUNDAY 29TH SEPTEMBER 2019.

This famous course designed by Pat Ruddy & Tom Craddock, opened in 1995. Just a year after opening, Druids Glen hosted the Irish Open for four years in a row. Colin Montgomerie won two years running, followed by David Carter and Sergio Garcia, shooting a 64 in the final round. Druids Glen has hosted the prestigious Seve Trophy, a bi-annual event between the leading Tour Players of Britain & Ireland and Continental Europe. Enjoy the tranquillity of the mystical Druids Glen, with manicured tree-lined fairways, historical landmarks, spectacular water features and vibrant floral displays.

As a Championship Event, there will be a larger number of OOM points up for grabs on the day.

At the end of the PlayOffs, all competitors will be allocated OOM Points as determined by their finishing position. Once these points are added to those already acquired a final Order of Merit Table will be completed.
